FCC is now seeking a highly-qualified candidate for the position below:

Position: Customer Service Executive/Specialist
Department/Function: Customer Service
Location: Phnom Penh
Working Hour: Full-time


  1. Operate a large amount of incoming and outgoing phone calls
  2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communications
  4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the assigned methods/tools
  5. Meet personal/customer service team’s call-handling quotas
  6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  8. Take the extra mile to engage customers


  1. Proven customer support experience or in a relevant role
  2. Prior experience in supervising a team is a plus
  3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  4. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  5. Good communication and presentation skills
  6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  7. Able to use a computer
  8. Be able to communicate in English (Chinese is an advantage)
