Job Vacancy: Operations Specialist

FCC is now seeking a highly-qualified candidate for the position below:

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Develop and execute all operational processes and oversee efficiency
2. Manage IT operations support for the entire organization
3. Develops and implement the purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee stock efficiency
4. Supervise a team of operations workforce
5. Support in the recruitment, training and supervision of staff
6. Manage suppliers and vendors for operations activities
7. Liaise with other departments for day-to-day operations
8. Monitor operations efficiency using various metrics and provide reports on activities and results of the operations function.
9. Organizes and coordinates implementation of project plans to ensure effectiveness and efficiency with overall strategic plans, goals and unit objective.
10. Support Operations Manager in other assigned tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATION

1. Proven experience in operations or similar role
2. Prior record in supervising a team is a plus
3. Strong administrative and organizational skills
4. Attention to detail and sensitivity to process and operations.
5. A good understanding of best practices in operations and digital awareness
6. Excellent communication and people skills
7. Willing to learn and take the extra mile
8. Good team player and discipline
9. Degree in business administration or equivalent.
