Position: Nurse
Department/Function: Nursing Unit
Location: Phnom Penh
Working Hour: Full-time

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Monitor patients’ condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
  2. Carry out a full range of nursing duties, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient’s condition.
  3. Maintain a safe and caring environment for patients.
  4. Monitor all patient care and treatment, maintaining the highest standard of practice.
  5. Participate in health education and explanation of treatment to patients and relatives.
  6. Implement and comply with the institution’s policy
  7. Provide instant medical care in case of emergency

JOB QUALIFICATION

  1. A degree in Medical Nursing/Midwifery Science or equivalent
  2. Some experience in a related field
  3. Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  4. Ability to make clinical assessments and judgment
  5. Strong commitment to providing safe, effective and patient-centered care
  6. Possess problem-solving and counseling skills to overcome problems
  7. Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
  8. A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  9. Able to use a computer
