FCC is now seeking 1 highly-qualified candidate for the position below:

Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Department/Function: Business Development
Location: Phnom Penh
Working Hour: Full-time

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Manage and oversee daily operations of FCC’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent branding, timely engagement, and coordination with external marketing agency on content planning, posting schedules, and campaign execution.
  2. Maintain and update company website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  3. Track and report on digital marketing metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  4. Conduct online research on digital trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform strategy.
  5. Support the execution of other marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Management.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  2. Previous experience and understanding in digital marketing, social media platform, website content management, or a related role.
  3. Excellent communication and writing skills (Khmer and English preferred).
  4. Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
  5. Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
  6. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Willing to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
